This study analyzes the impact of KKNI assignments on sleep quality and productivity among 2023 Construction Management students at Universitas Negeri Medan. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design, this research measures the relationship between KKNI assignment workload, sleep disturbances, and their effects on students' academic productivity. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that late-night study habits, reduced sleep duration, and fatigue during lectures due to KKNI assignments significantly affect student productivity. Students who frequently stay up late experience a decline in productivity due to disruptions in physical and mental recovery. Although some students can adapt to academic pressure, the negative effects of sleep deprivation outweigh the productivity gains from academic demands. This study provides valuable insights for educational institutions in formulating more balanced academic policies to support student well-being.
