This study is motivated by the high level of academic pressure experienced by students, which can lead to stress, burnout, and decreased academic performance, thus requiring academic resilience as a protective factor. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the factors influencing academic resilience and its role in academic and psychological contexts using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The method employed involves reviewing 20 reputable scientific articles from international and national databases based on specific inclusion criteria, followed by thematic analysis to identify research patterns. The findings indicate that academic resilience is influenced by internal factors such as self-efficacy and growth mindset, as well as external and spiritual factors such as religiosity and tawakal. Furthermore, academic resilience shows a negative relationship with academic stress, burnout, and distress, serving as a key coping mechanism that supports academic success and students' mental well-being. The study also highlights the significant contribution of spiritual dimensions in strengthening resilience, particularly in religious cultural contexts. In conclusion, academic resilience is a crucial factor that should be developed through integrative psychological and spiritual approaches to enhance educational quality and student well-being.
