EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK LAPANGAN DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN

ABSTRACT
Pedagogical competence is a fundamental competency that teachers must possess and develop during higher education. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the Field Experience Program (PPL) and self-efficacy on the development of pedagogical competence among education students. A quantitative approach was employed using a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 130 students from the Office Administration Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Semarang, class of 2022, who had participated in the PPL program. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The findings revealed that the PPL program had a positive and significant partial effect on students’ pedagogical competence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Self-efficacy also had a positive and significant effect on pedagogical competence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the PPL program and self-efficacy significantly influenced students’ pedagogical competence. The coefficient of determination of 64.6% indicated that both variables made a substantial contribution to students’ pedagogical competence.
ABSTRAK
Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kompetensi fundamental yang harus dimiliki guru dan perlu dipersiapkan sejak menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh program Pengalaman Praktik Lapangan (PPL) dan efikasi diri terhadap pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 130 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2022 yang telah mengikuti program PPL. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program PPL secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Efikasi diri juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, program PPL dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 64,6% menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa.
