CASE REPORT INTERVENSI STATUS GIZI KURANG PADA IBU HAMIL DENGAN INFEKSI MENULAR SEKSUAL DI PUSKESMAS SUGIHWARAS KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Latar Belakang: Status gizi kurang pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi maternal dan neonatal, terutama apabila disertai infeksi menular seksual (IMS) seperti HIV. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menyebabkan anemia, gangguan pertumbuhan janin, persalinan prematur, dan bayi berat lahir rendah. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan status gizi kurang disertai HIV di Puskesmas Sugihwaras Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode case report dengan pendekatan manajemen asuhan kebidanan yang meliputi pengkajian, penetapan diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.
Hasil: Klien mengalami status gizi kurang yang ditandai dengan peningkatan berat badan yang tidak optimal, nafsu makan menurun, mudah lelah, LILA 21,5 cm, serta anemia ringan. Asuhan yang diberikan meliputi pemantauan kondisi ibu dan janin, edukasi gizi seimbang sesuai pedoman Isi Piringku, pemberian tablet Fe, pemantauan kepatuhan terapi antiretroviral (ARV), serta anjuran kunjungan antenatal secara rutin. Intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan ibu terhadap terapi serta perawatan kehamilan. Simpulan: Asuhan kebidanan yang komprehensif melalui deteksi dini, pemantauan status gizi, edukasi berkelanjutan, dan pemantauan kepatuhan terapi ARV berperan penting dalam mencegah komplikasi kehamilan serta mendukung kesehatan ibu dan janin.
