ABSTRACT
Low digital literacy and limited utilization of digital technology have prevented many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamulang District from optimizing digital marketing and cashless transactions, resulting in low business visibility and competitiveness. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of MSME owners through digital transaction training based on Google Maps and the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach and was evaluated using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. Six MSMEs were selected as participants based on the results of community mapping conducted through field observations and interviews. The program consisted of workshops, one-on-one mentoring, business banner installation, Google Business Profile registration, QRIS activation, and program evaluation. The results showed that all participating MSMEs successfully established visual business identities, verified their business locations on Google Maps, and implemented QRIS as a digital payment system. In addition, participants demonstrated improved digital literacy and greater confidence in utilizing digital technology, contributing to an average revenue increase of approximately 20%. These findings indicate that integrating training with intensive mentoring effectively strengthens digital capabilities, expands market access, and enhances the long-term competitiveness of MSMEs.
