This study aims to determine the relationship between job crafting and sustainable employability in organic employees of PT. X. The background of the research is based on the changing dynamics of the world of work, demanding employees to be able to adapt and survive in the long term in the company. Job crafting as a form of proactive employee behavior in modifying their work is thought to play an important role in increasing sustainable employability. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational techniques. The research subjects totaled 140 PT. X organic employees, who were selected using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using job crafting and sustainable employability scale questionnaires that had gone through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation test through SPSS version 27.0.0 for Mac. The results showed that there is a very strong positive relationship between job crafting and sustainable employability with a correlation coefficient of 0.813 and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This finding suggests that the higher the ability of employees to customize and modify their jobs, the higher their ability to survive, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. This study provides practical implications for organizations in encouraging job crafting as a strategy to maintain employee continuity.
