The increasing digitalization of work has intensified the use of information and communication technologies, potentially contributing to technostress among employees. This phenomenon is evident among employees of PT X, who are experiencing accelerated administrative digitalization through the implementation of a Human Capital System (HCS), requiring continuous adjustment to digital systems in their work activities. However, employees may respond differently to technological demands, suggesting that resilience may be associated with the level of technostress. This study aimed to examine the relationship and predictive contribution of resilience to technostress among employees of PT X. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 142 employees selected through convenience sampling. Technostress was measured using the Technostress Scale, while resilience was assessed using the Indonesian-adapted Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with JASP software. The findings indicated that resilience had a negative relationship with technostress, but its predictive contribution was not statistically significant. Therefore, the research hypothesis was not supported by the data. These findings suggest that resilience has not been demonstrated to be a significant predictor of technostress among employees of PT X. Future studies are recommended to consider other theoretically relevant variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of technostress in the workplace
