This research is motivated by the importance of storytelling skills as a creative learning medium and the instillation of Islamic values ??in early childhood. However, the reach and follow-up of training for early childhood education (PAUD) teachers remains limited. The focus of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a storytelling training program organized by the Happy Islamic Story Lovers Community (PCIC) for PAUD teachers. This study used the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, limited to three levels: Reaction, Learning, and Behavior. The methods used were qualitative and quantitative approaches (pre- and post-test questionnaires, interviews, and observations) with teachers and principals at 15 kindergartens in Setu District, Bekasi. The results showed positive findings. At the Reaction level, participants were satisfied with the material, the presenters (score 4.6), and the committee (score 4.5). At the Learning level, there was a significant increase in knowledge and skills among all participants. However, at the Behavior level, findings revealed that only around 40% of participants implemented the training results, due to internal (lack of confidence) and external (lack of mentoring) constraints. It was concluded that this training was successful at the level of reaction and learning, but less effective in promoting long-term behavioral change, requiring ongoing mentoring and institutional support.
