Abstract

ABSTRACT

Digital-based educational supervision in elementary schools has become essential in supporting learning quality and teacher professionalism; however, studies on its integration with synchronous and asynchronous learning remain limited. This condition highlights the importance of examining digital supervision practices in elementary education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of digital-based educational supervision and its impact on learning quality and teacher professionalism in elementary schools. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design through in-depth interviews with an experienced teacher as the key informant at SD Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia. Data were collected using a semi-structured instrument covering aspects of learning implementation, digital supervision, effectiveness, challenges, and adaptation strategies. Data were analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the integration of synchronous and asynchronous learning forms a blended learning pattern that combines direct interaction with flexible independent learning. Digital supervision is implemented through virtual classroom observations, monitoring of learning activities, and digital-based administrative documentation. The findings also reveal systematic administrative documentation, teacher performance monitoring, and the use of digital technology in the learning process. Although the implementation of digital supervision still faces various challenges that require adaptive efforts, this study shows that teachers’ adaptive capacity is a key factor in the success of digital supervision.

ABSTRAK

Supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital di sekolah dasar menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mendukung kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru, namun kajian mengenai integrasinya dengan pembelajaran sinkronus dan asinkronus masih terbatas. Kondisi ini menjadikan penelitian mengenai praktik supervisi digital di sekolah dasar penting untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru berpengalaman sebagai informan kunci di SD Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen semi-terstruktur yang mencakup aspek implementasi pembelajaran, supervisi digital, efektivitas, kendala, serta strategi adaptasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran sinkronus dan asinkronus membentuk pola blended learning yang mengombinasikan interaksi langsung dan fleksibilitas belajar mandiri. Supervisi digital dilaksanakan melalui observasi kelas virtual, monitoring aktivitas pembelajaran, serta dokumentasi administrasi berbasis digital. menggambarkan adanya keteraturan dalam dokumentasi administrasi, pemantauan kinerja guru, dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran.
