Digital transformation in madrasah learning requires technology management that is aligned with learning objectives and Islamic values. This study aims to analyze learning management based on digital technology and Islamic values at MTs Misbahunnur in Cimahi City and MTs Azzainiyyah in Sukabumi. The study employed a qualitative approach using case studies of two pesantren-based madrasahs with different policies regarding students’ access to digital devices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using within-case analysis and cross-case analysis. The findings show that both madrasahs integrate digital technology with the values of discipline, responsibility, honesty, and proper conduct, while implementing different approaches to technology access. MTs Azzainiyyah centralizes technology use in the computer laboratory and classroom projectors, whereas MTs Misbahunnur provides school-owned devices for use during instructional hours. Student engagement was reflected in active questioning, expressing opinions, completing assignments, and learning enthusiasm. However, neither madrasah had a standardized instrument for measuring learning motivation. The findings indicate that the success of technology- and value-based learning is determined more by management quality, teacher competence, alignment between technology and learning objectives, and value reinforcement than by the number of available devices.
