INTEGRASI LITERASI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DAN TECHNOPRENEURSHIP DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Transformasi dunia kerja pada era Industry 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri yang dinamis. Dalam konteks tersebut, literasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan technopreneurship dipandang sebagai kompetensi penting untuk meningkatkan work readiness mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran integrasi literasi AI dan technopreneurship dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, serta mengkaji faktor pendukung dan tantangan implementasinya di pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada protokol PRISMA. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Sinta pada rentang publikasi tahun 2020–2026. Dari 31 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 20 artikel memenuhi kriteria kualitas dan inklusi untuk dianalisis. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dibangun melalui sinergi antara literasi AI, technopreneurship, dan penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21. Strategi pembelajaran yang paling dominan adalah Project-Based Learning (PjBL) yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan STEM, TPACK, dan Project-based Entrepreneurial Learning (PBEL). Integrasi tersebut terbukti mendukung pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, inovasi, serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi peluang usaha berbasis teknologi. Keberhasilan implementasinya dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital mahasiswa, kompetensi dosen, dukungan kebijakan MBKM, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi literasi AI dan technopreneurship perlu diakomodasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi guna menghasilkan lulusan yang adaptif, inovatif, dan memiliki work readiness yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja di era transformasi digital.
