Students who are active in campus organizations are often faced with the dual pressures of academic obligations and organizational responsibilities. This imbalance creates a serious problem in the form of burnout, a condition of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion that can interfere with students' motivation, concentration, and psychological health. The lack of a structured social support system in student organizations exacerbates the situation, making it difficult for students to manage the stress they face. This study aims to understand the extent of the role of social support in overcoming burnout in members of student organizations. A qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews with five students from various campuses. The results showed that burnout was triggered by excessive workload, internal conflict, and lack of fair division of tasks. The most helpful social support includes emotional, appreciative, and instrumental support from peers, family, and organizational colleagues. In addition, coping strategies such as time management, venting, and self-reward also emerged as positive responses reinforced by the presence of social support. This study emphasizes the importance of student organizations building a supportive culture and structured support system to maintain the mental health and life balance of its members.
