Housewives are often associated with the domestic sphere, which indirectly limits their opportunities for personal growth. The importance of personal growth is key to sustaining and improving well-being and psychological functioning across various life stages. A personal growth initiative is an individual’s desire to change themselves for the better. Factors influencing personal growth initiatives include social support, self-efficacy, goal achievement, psychological well-being, and hope. This study aims to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with personal growth initiative. This study employed a quantitative method involving 78 non-working housewife respondents. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale via Google Forms. Sampling was performed using purposive sampling. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. The results of this study indicate a highly significant relationship between self-efficacy and social support with personal growth initiative, with a correlation coefficient of 0.651 and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.01). The results of this study are expected to enrich the literature on personal growth initiative among non-working housewives.
