Abstract

ABSTRACT

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in supporting the teaching and learning process through technology-based learning management systems (LMS). This study aims to examine the level of LMS use by teachers and students and its impact on learning effectiveness at various levels of education. The research method used was a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 150 respondents consisting of teachers and students. The results show that LMS has been widely adopted and contributes positively in facilitating material management, interaction, and monitoring of learning. However, limited internet access and varying levels of digital literacy are still obstacles in optimizing its use. This research emphasizes the importance of improving technology infrastructure and digital competency training to support the effective and inclusive implementation of LMS in the teaching and learning process. Thus, technology-based learning management systems have great potential to improve the quality of education in the digital era.
