PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ANIMASI TERHADAP NILAI MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI MOTOR LISTRIK DI SMK NEGERI 1 TOMOHON

The teaching and learning process is a combination of the student learning process and the teacher's teaching activities as an instructor. The use of learning media has an important role in influencing the process and learning outcomes in a field of study. This study aims to determine the effect of animated learning media on the value of the electric motor installation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The method used is a quantitative experimental research with a static-group comparison approach, involving 63 grade XI students divided into a control group and an intervention group. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that the average value of the control group increased from 65.39 (pre-test) to 69.03 (post-test), while the intervention group increased from 76.03 to 78.13. The Wilcoxon test produced a p-value of 0.001 <? = 0.05, which means there is a significant effect of the use of animated media on learning outcomes. Therefore, animated learning media needs to be continuously developed and updated according to technological advances to facilitate students' understanding of the subject.
ABSTRAK
Proses belajar mengajar merupakan perpaduan dari proses belajar siswa dan kegiatan mengajar guru sebagai ini instruktur. Penggunaan media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi proses serta hasil belajar pada suatu bidang studi. Penelitan ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran animasi terhadap nilai mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik di SMK Negeri I Tomohon. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan pendekatan static-group Comparison, melibatkan 63 siswa kelas XI yang terbagi dalam kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoson. Hasil penelitian nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol meningkat dari 65,39 (pre-test) menjadi 69,03 (post-test), sedangkan kelompok intervensi naik dari 76,03 menjadi 78,13. uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan p-value 0,001 < ?=0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh sebab itu, media pembelajaran animasi perlu terus dikembangkan dan diperbarui sesuai kemajuan teknologi agar mempermudah pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran.
