ABSTRACT
The massive digital transformation in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution requires school principals to reposition their roles from conventional managers to visionary and innovative leaders. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of technopreneurial leadership among school principals in developing a creative digital learning ecosystem at SMPN 1 Pulokulon. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, in which the researcher served as the primary instrument through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed inductively using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that technopreneurial leadership is manifested through strategic planning based on SWOT analysis, the reconfiguration of physical assets into a "Creative Space," and the provision of psychological support that enhances teachers' motivation to integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI. It is concluded that this leadership style is effective in mitigating resistance to change and addressing infrastructure limitations in rural schools. This article contributes to the development of value proposition-based educational management models in the digital era.
ABSTRAK
Transformasi digital yang masif di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut reposisi peran kepala sekolah dari manajer konvensional menjadi pemimpin yang visioner dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kepemimpinan technopreneur kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang kreatif di SMPN 1 Pulokulon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen utama melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi berperan serta, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif mengikuti model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan technopreneur diwujudkan melalui perencanaan strategis berbasis analisis SWOT, rekonfigurasi aset fisik menjadi "Creative Space", dan pemberian dukungan psikologis yang meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI seperti ChatGPT dan Canva AI. Disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan ini efektif dalam memitigasi resistensi perubahan dan keterbatasan infrastruktur di sekolah pedesaan. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model manajemen pendidikan berbasis nilai tambah (value proposition) di era digital.
