This research aims to identify and examine perceived stress's effect on college student's quality of life, with sleep quality as a mediator. College students face numerous challenges, particularly changes and adjustments within the university environment, which become their primary sources of stressors. Additionally, poor sleep quality is a common issue among students. Previous studies have found that perceived stress and sleep quality affect students' quality of life. Using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25, the study revealed that, on average, participants exhibited poor sleep quality, high levels of perceived stress, and medium to low quality of life. Using linear regression analysis, the results showed a negative effect of perceived stress on quality of life (p < 0.01), a positive effect of perceived stress on sleep quality (p < 0.01), and a negative effect of sleep quality on quality of life. Multiple linear regression analysis also found that perceived stress and sleep quality directly affect quality of life (p < 0.01). The Sobel test also identified an indirect effect of perceived stress and sleep quality on quality of life (p < 0.01). It can be concluded that sleep quality plays a role as a partial mediator (partial mediation) in the effect of perceived stress on quality of life among college student
