IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA INTERAKTIF NORMAPEDIA BERBASIS PROGRAM SATRIA BAIK (SATU HARI TIGA KEBAIKAN) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TINDAKAN MORAL PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 1 LOCERET

ABSTRACT
The transformation of education in the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes strengthening character education through contextual, meaningful, and student-centered learning experiences. However, Pancasila Education in schools remains predominantly focused on cognitive knowledge transfer and has not optimally facilitated the habituation, reflection, and monitoring of students’ moral actions in a systematic manner. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the NORMAPEDIA Interactive Media based on the SATRIA BAIK (One Day Three Kindnesses) Program in improving the moral actions of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Loceret. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The participants included one Pancasila Education teacher and 32 seventh-grade students. The product developed was a web-based interactive learning medium designed to support the learning of norms and the habituation of moral actions among students. Validation results indicated that the media was categorized as highly valid. The effectiveness test showed a significant improvement in students’ moral action scores, with an N-Gain value of 0.71 (high category) and an effect size of 2.53 (very large effect). The findings confirm that NORMAPEDIA is valid, practical, and effective as a digital character education medium that integrates moral understanding, reflective awareness, and sustainable moral habituation.
ABSTRAK
Transformasi pendidikan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Namun demikian, pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah masih cenderung berorientasi pada transfer pengetahuan kognitif dan belum optimal dalam memfasilitasi pembiasaan, refleksi, serta monitoring tindakan moral peserta didik secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas Media Interaktif NORMAPEDIA berbasis Program SATRIA BAIK (Satu Hari Tiga Kebaikan) dalam meningkatkan tindakan moral peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Loceret. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas satu guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan 32 peserta didik kelas VII. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis web yang mendukung pembelajaran norma dan pembiasaan tindakan moral peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media berkategori sangat valid. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor tindakan moral peserta didik, dengan nilai N-Gain 0,71 (kategori tinggi) dan effect size 2,53 (pengaruh sangat besar). Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa NORMAPEDIA valid, praktis, dan efektif sebagai media pendidikan karakter berbasis digital yang mampu mengintegrasikan pemahaman nilai, kesadaran reflektif, dan pembiasaan tindakan moral secara berkelanjutan.
